My Story

Hi there! I'm Dannielle, a product design leader and team builder in San Francisco bay area. There are currently less than 1000 design leaders globally that has 3+ years designing for AI agents, and are hands-on leaders.

I believe in integrity, grit and growth mindset. I love to question assumptions and hone into clear customer-centric problems, and empower when elegant design solutions translate to improved business results.

Over the past decade, I have also led design and delivered 15+ B2B SAAS products in AI-based startups, fin-tech, ed-tech and CX. In my leadership approach, I strive to foster a collaborative and growth mindset driven environment where everyone can thrive.

Beyond design, I'm a writer currently working on a book about design leadership in the age of AI. You can find me on weekends hiking with my dog, practicing speaking better Mongolian, making bad mom jokes and enjoy a good laugh with family and friends.
