Project Highlights
AI-Powered Email Security Platform
Joined as the first product designer. Led end-to-end design of the entire platform — threat detection dashboards, policy management flows, and user onboarding. Built the design system from scratch and oversaw a full marketing site revamp.
Admin Suite for CX Admins
Designed the admin experience for Medallia's customer experience management platform — making powerful configuration tools feel intuitive for non-technical CX administrators. Contributed to the Medallia design system and drove UX research independently.
Microsoft Classroom
Played a pivotal role in achieving product-market fit through iterative UX research and design. Led the full process: discovery, define, ideate, solution — partnering closely with engineering and product to ship a product teachers loved.
Designing Customers at the Heart of PayPal
Built the unified Customers feature spanning Braintree, Hyperwallet, and PayPal's core merchant dashboard — unifying three separate portals, three separate logins, and three separate customer data models into a single coherent experience for 35 million merchants. The vault discovery experience transformed a developer-only capability into a $47B GMV growth lever.
