Medallia Admin Suite is a software platform that provides robust administrative capabilities for managing Medallia's customer experience management tools, allowing businesses to configure, monitor, and optimize their feedback and data collection processes to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. My contributions include:
Office Mix allowed teachers to perform various tasks such as inserting ink, narrations, polls, and screen captures directly into the presentation, share their creation by exporting the mix into a computer video format or publishing it to online Office 365 Video platform, and view statistical data on users viewing their creations through analytics tools.
When students play a "Mix" (the interactive lesson made via Office Mix), they can click the back and next buttons to navigate between sections, or simply hit play and run the video presentation.
